Growing in the digital world without losing control

The research cited by Data Manager shows that many ICT companies have not yet made sustainability an operational priority (only 20% consider it strategic) and that female representation at the top remains minimal (3%). How ICT sustainability will be measured in 2025

The Sustainable ICT Ranking 2025 is a Top List promoted by Data Manager and created in collaboration with the research institute BVA Doxa. In the 2025 edition, the research analyzes a sample of 90 ICT companies and evaluates company maturity across three dimensions: Sustainability, Gender Equality, Talent Attraction & Retention. Note on sources: the initiative is often referred to as “Top 100,” but in 2025 the published sample consists of 90 companies. In the materials related to the research, the approach is described as broader than in the past, as it looks not only at economic performance but also relates ESG indicators and people management.
