Growing today in the digital realm: stability against shortcuts
Growing in the digital space today is less immediate than it seems. As customers, locations, projects, and complexity increase, the real challenge becomes maintaining balance: between speed and quality, between expansion and control, between results and organizational sustainability. It is in this space that a company's maturity is measured. Not when everything runs smoothly, but when it is necessary to choose what to strengthen, what to slow down, and how to structure itself to avoid losing value along the way.
The ItalyPost selection: criteria, numbers, and scope of recognition
The selection “The 1,000 Best Performing Companies of Piedmont 2025”, carried out by the ItalyPost Study Center and published by Post Editori, collects and organizes data from Piedmontese companies that have shown the best economic-financial performances.
The scope considers the results of the 2021–2023 three-year period, evaluating indicators such as profits, EBITDA, and financial structure stability, in addition to parameters such as EBIT, equity, net financial position, PFN, PFN/EBITDA ratio, ROE, number of employees, and sector. Preliminary values related to 2024 are also included. It is a snapshot that rewards continuity, not occasional spikes.

The choices that really mattered: integration, structure, method
This recognition, for Betacom, is tied to concrete decisions made in recent years. One of the most challenging was growing by taking on the work of integration, not just increasing volumes.
In 2024, the group integrated Training4U, expanding skills and presence in strategic areas such as Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence. A transition that required more coordination, more method, and a rethinking of internal flows to align people, processes, and delivery methods without losing quality.
At the same time, we strengthened the organization: clearer roles, greater collaboration among teams, structured onboarding, and constant attention to training. It is a less visible job, made up of daily adjustments, but crucial for sustaining growth.
