Our model
How the Betacom Academy works
Training model
Our model is based on experiential learning and on continuous upskilling, using innovative methodologies, workshops, and concrete use cases along with Agile and DevOps methodology.
Programming languages
Technical training on emerging technologies on languages, frameworks, and environments required (Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Angular, React, Python, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, etc.)
Training pathway
Our Academies have an intensive and practical course designed to bring participants closer to the real work environment right away, thanks to the alternation of theory/practice and simulations of real projects.
Full immersion formula
The required commitment is 500 hours divided into 13 weeks, from Monday to Friday with hours: 9:00–13:00 / 14:00–18:00. The delivery will take place in hybrid mode; that is, 3 days on-site and 2 remotely.
