The role
What will you do in Betacom?
Within our headquarters, we are looking for a Data Scientist with high capability to design, implement, and optimize ML and AI solutions in cloud and on-premises environments. The role requires versatility in standard development languages and frameworks, comparable to a full-stack developer, with proven experience in applied AI fields including Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, Natural Language Processing (NLP), scoring models, and recommendation systems.
The position
The profile we are looking for
Responsibilities:
Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for a wide range of applications, including computer vision, speech recognition, NLP, scoring, and recommendation systems.
Fine-tuning and adapting LLMs for specific domain tasks and business use cases.
Implement solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AMAZON) and on-premises infrastructures, with an emphasis on performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate models into CI/CD pipelines.
Contribute to establishing standards for ML-Ops.
Prototype and evaluate new algorithms, frameworks, and methodologies.
Winning Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics is preferred, with a master's in data science;
Knowledge of programming languages Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript;
Relational databases and SQL/NoSQL language;
Knowledge of major Machine Learning algorithms;
Knowledge and application of major Computer Vision algorithms;
Fluent knowledge of English is considered a plus and having a certification is an advantage.
